TRACI HAWKINS, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C

Traci Hawkins, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, aesthetic injector, wellness advocate, and founder of Urbane Aesthetics & Wellness in Richardson, Texas. With over two decades of healthcare experience and a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and personal growth, Traci blends clinical excellence with holistic wellness to help clients look and feel their absolute best—from the inside out.

She began her nursing career in 2000 after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, launching into critical care at Parkland Hospital’s Trauma ICU. Driven by a growing interest in hormone health, medical weight loss, and whole-person wellness, Traci made the decision to return to graduate school later in her career. In 2024, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, expanding her scope to offer evidence-based, medically supervised HRT, peptide therapy, and integrative wellness solutions.

​An entrepreneur at heart, Traci launched Urbane Scrubs, a boutique medical apparel brand, early in her journey. She is also a former IFBB professional competitor, and her dedication to discipline, vitality, and confidence continues to shape her client-centered philosophy today. She has also led a global network marketing team of over 10,000 individuals across 16 countries, mentoring others in wellness, leadership, and personal empowerment. Her passion for helping others live well remains at the core of everything she does.

In 2014, Traci founded Urbane Aesthetiks, which has since evolved into Urbane Aesthetics & Wellness—a modern, elevated medspa offering advanced injectables, lasers treatments, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss. In 2020, she launched Urbane Academy, a mentorship program supporting nurses and aspiring injectors through hands-on training, business coaching, and clinical confidence-building. Known for her expert touch, approachable teaching style, and deep care for her clients and students, Traci is committed to empowering others to live vibrant, aligned, and beautiful lives—inside and out.

Julia Alvarado, RN

Julia is a Registered Nurse with over six years of experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she developed exceptional attention to detail, strong clinical judgment, and a deep commitment to patient safety.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from Texas A&M University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, building a solid foundation rooted in health, wellness, and patient-centered care.

In 2022, Julia transitioned into aesthetic medicine, training under Traci at Urbane Academy. Since then, she has immersed herself in advancing her skills and staying current with the latest techniques in the industry.

Julia has a true passion for lip enhancement and specializes in creating soft, natural-looking results that complement each client’s unique features. She believes lip filler is both an art and a science, and she takes pride in delivering balanced, customized results—from subtle hydration to beautifully defined volume.

Her ICU background allows her to approach every treatment with precision, safety, and a highly trained eye for detail.

Known for her warm, approachable personality, Julia prioritizes building genuine connections with her clients and ensuring they feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and discovering new coffee shops. Julia is dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality results while helping every client look and feel their absolute best.

DR. SORRELL

Dr Sorrell is board certified in internal medicine and holds advanced fellowships in anti-aging and longevity medicine. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston and did internal medicine training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. After training he worked as a hospitalist then moved into practicing outpatient medicine. He now sees patients at a private concierge longevity clinic in Irving, TX

DR. MARTINEZ

Dr. Dee Martinez is a board-certified physician with more than a decade of experience in

aesthetic medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science

Center and has served as the Medical Director for Urbane Aesthetics & Wellness for over ten

years.

In his role, Dr. Martinez provides medical oversight and clinical support to ensure that all

treatments are performed safely and in alignment with industry standards. His long-standing

partnership with Urbane reflects his commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and collaborative provider support.
